• Corridor leading to utility/boot room. Includes washer dryer, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities and drying area for outdoor clothes and boots. Leading to:
• Private rear courtyard garden with solid oak table and benches.

First Floor:

• Landing with doors leading to the living/dining room and kitchen
• Lounge area featuring two comfortable, brown leather sofas and large red leather footstool. A 37” flat screen TV and Freeview, DVD player and supply of films. There is also a supply of magazines and books.
