Due to the success of The Loft and The Stables in 2007, we have now refurbished The Carriage Barn. This really spacious 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroom property has a host of original features and beams, which have been retained to create another contemporary styled property in keeping with The Courtyard concept. The Carriage Barn is Ideal for families, friends who want to stay together and have their own facilities and business people who don’t want a hotel environment. The lounge/dining area seats 10 people and the garden is completely enclosed and private.

The Carriage Barn is a great place to host Special Dinner Parties and we can provide a chef to cook for you or they can create delicious food to serve yourself. We also have a wonderful local company, who for a small fee will come along and host a wine tasting session to introduce you and your guests to wine which will compliment your chosen menu.

Ground Floor:

• Entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor level. Off the hall is:

• Bedroom 3 with ensuite and dressing area

• Master bedroom with Sealy king size bed. Bathroom ensuite and separate shower

• Corridor leading to utility/boot room. Includes washer dryer, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities and drying area for outdoor clothes and boots. Leading to:

• Private rear courtyard garden with solid oak table and benches.

First Floor:

• Landing with doors leading to the living/dining room and kitchen

• Lounge area featuring two comfortable, brown leather sofas and large reed foot stool. A 37” flat screen TV and freeview, DVD player and supply of films. There is also a supply of magazines and books.

• Dining area with extended ash dining table and ten brown, high backed leather chairs. French oak sideboard.

• Kitchen features large breakfast bar area and four stools with views over the front courtyard. Gas hob, gas oven, fridge, freezer, integrated dishwasher, microwave, kettle, De Longhi filter coffee/espresso maker and toaster. Le Creuset pans, crockery, glasses, dishes, kitchen implements and cutlery are provided. Ample supplies of Twinings tea, coffee, sugar and kitchen consumables including kitchen cleaning products are also included. Leading to:

• Bedroom 2 with double bed and single bed. Ensuite shower room.

• Wireless broadband

A continental breakfast can be provided and charged locally if you don’t wish to prepare your own. This will be cereals, pastries, fruit and yoghurts.
